Delivery Note:

A flat delivery fee of $75 per truckload applies to all bulky products (soil, mulch, bark, GAP20, GAP7, sand, aggregates) for orders up to 2m³.

Our truck carries approx. 2m³, so each additional load requires an additional $75 delivery fee.

Orders over 2m³ will be charged a $75 delivery deposit at checkout.
Final delivery pricing will be confirmed by our team before dispatch, based on load size, distance, and number of trips required.

Some materials cannot be mixed (e.g., mulch + soil).
Multi-product orders may require separate loads charged at $75 per load.
A team member may contact you to provide a custom delivery quote.

Standard delivery pricing applies within 15km of our Botany/East Tamaki yard.
Orders 15–20km may incur extra fees.
Orders 20–25km require a custom quote.
Deliveries outside 25km are not available.

For small items only (e.g., turf pins, drain fittings), a $10 delivery fee applies.
Larger items such as artificial turf will be quoted based on distance and size.

All orders are manually reviewed. Final delivery costs must be agreed upon before dispatch.

We do not deliver to offshore islands.
